We are seeking an energetic, result oriented, and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate (Part-Time).

This position is part-time to start, but you will have the ability to grow and evolve as you gain experience. Our warehouse is located in Port Coquitlam, B.C. and you will be primarily responsible for prepping, picking and packing orders, receiving inventory, counting inventory, packaging / labeling of products, and the shipping of final products while ensuring work is performed in a safe, respectful and efficient manner. We are looking for someone to grow within the position and eventually learn the software we use for our e-commerce sales channels to be able to perform order / shipping fulfillment from end to end.

**Your Role**:

- Perform operational order fulfillment tasks
- Packaging products for inventory requests including packaging orders for our clients and preparing them for shipping
- Picking and shipping products with a high level of accuracy to avoid discrepancies
- Receiving all incoming products accurately per item, quantity and condition
- Inventory control of materials and supplies
- Performing work in accordance with documented policies and quality standards
- Utilizing a pallet jack / forklift to maneuver product throughout the warehouse
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
- Be punctual and reliable to attend work for 30 hours per week
- General housekeeping duties in the warehouse as assigned

**Who you Are**:

- Warehouse Experience an asset but not a necessity
- Excellent Team Player

- Ability to follow direction, meet deadlines and problem solve
- Must possess strong attention to detail
- A positive personality and attitude, and an eagerness to learn and improve
- Ambitious with a growth mindset and an appetite for learning
- Proficiency in computers and digital technology to learn how to use our e-commerce software
- Professional, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Part-time: (30 Hours per week with the ability to grow to 35 Hours) within our business hours Monday - Friday (9:00am - 4:00 pm)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 1 year (required)
- Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)

Expected start date: 2025-09-08
