- Position: Patient Coordinator/Medical Aesthetician

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced **Medical Aesthetician** for a Medical Aesthetic Clinic located in the heart of Bayview Village Mall

**Must have a minimum 2 years experience working in a cosmetic clinic.**

Job description and responsibilities:

- knowledge to recommend and perform the following treatments: laser skin resurfacing, laser hair removal, skin tightening, IPL, pixel treatments, fractional skin rejuvenation, SilkPeel facial, Body Contouring treatments.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code
- Maintain a polite and professional manner in all the communications as well as keep a detailed record of all calls and messages that come into the clinic.
- Knowledge of current issues, trends and best practices in relation to the Cosmetic and Skin Care industry.
- Update and promote the clinic’s services
- Provide consultations to new clients
- Providing education to clients with regards to pre
- and post-procedure care
- Consult with clients regarding their skin care concerns and recommend appropriate skin care regimen and products
- Maintain complete and up-to-date electronic client records
- Ensure that all equipment is cleaned and maintained at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other clinic staff, management and doctors to improve efficiencies, processes and procedures in the clinic.
- MUST be able to multitask easily without compromising performance or attitude
- Excellent technical/computer skills
- Knowledge of spa cosmetic products, medical cosmetic procedures and inventory management
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills.

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Commission pay

- Medical Aesthetics: 2 years (required)
