**Job Description** AIM Lévis** is currently looking for a **dispatcher** to fill its superb team Under the authority of the transport supervisor, the dispatcher is responsible for distributing the transport of bulk goods of recycled metals. He must be effective and efficient in the face of the volume of work and have a great capacity for adaptation. Customer service is at the heart of operations and the customer experience must be a priority. He will be responsible in particular for:

- Plan and organize driver routes optimally to ensure maximum use of the driver fleet;
- Assign routes to drivers using our software;
- Follow up with drivers as their day progresses;
- Enter information into the computer system in order to document calls and carry out appropriate follow-ups;
- Be the resource person for drivers who are aware of their working hours and resolve problems, if any.

**Qualifications**
- DEC in logistics or combination of experience;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in distribution in the transportation field;
- Excellent knowledge of the roads in the Quebec region;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and distribution software;
- Knowledge of Trux and Recy (asset);
- Bilingual (French and English, an asset).
