**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist Marketing Coordinator with digital media posts and creative ideas
- Oversee all catering transactions to ensure customer expectations are met
- Answering phones and taking new orders within the store
- Documenting and communicating future orders to management
- Preparing and staging all packaged items for catering orders
- Politely and professionally interacting with catering clients in person and over the phone
- Keep the catering spreadsheet tracker up to date
- Keep inventory of catering supplies and inform Marketing Coordinator of supply needs
- Coordinate with Kitchen Management on fulfillment of all catering orders
- Follow up with select clients to ensure an exemplary experience
- Assist with outside and in-store public events as needed
- Run in-store promotions or product distributions
- Work in operations 10-20 hours a week based on marketing events.
- Other projects/duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma / Degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or other relevant field
- 1 Year Digital Marketing experience
- Basic design skills and knowledge of Photoshop
- Experience coordinating and maintaining schedules, project plans, and/or content calendars
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work as a team player and demonstrate personal initiative to complete the work
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Must have valid G2 or G Full License

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
