Qualitest is looking for a Test Lead in US/Canada to join our rapidly expanding teams

Ensure the availability of testing tools and document templates
Review and improve IT SDM(Solution Delivery Methodology) related deliverables to ensure that they comply with PMO standards and policies
Review/audit the project test processes and deliverables to ensure compliance with test policy and procedures
QA of project test planning and scoping activities, providing guidance and best practices
Participate in the business requirements and functional design reviews, understand the solution and system changes
Develop the test plan and test scenarios through ALM
Provide scripting standards training to the business to ensure scripts are created with a standard structure and naming convention, to support reusability and easy of maintenance for the future
QA and Coordinate test scripts and manage those scripts through ALM for all test phases
Oversee all End2End testing activities across all phases in ALM and/or Complete test phase entry plans and exit reports and gather required approvals

**Defect Management**: Triage and manage defects, proactively working closely with project teams to define the defect process, manage defect status, retesting, and resolution plan/dates
Provide Test execution status monitoring and reporting during testing cycles
**Requirements**:
Experience leading testing team offshore.
Experience w/ test planning, status reporting & defect management.
Mentoring team members.
Financial experience preferred (AP/AR/etc. understand terminology, process).
qTest experience is preferred.
Ability to work in EST.
