Under the supervision of the Maintenance Director, the Building Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for a building maintenance team and managing subcontractors. The position holder will therefore be required to: - Manage a team of 20 people, including janitorial staff and building maintenance workers; - Manage and maintain the upkeep of multiple buildings (HVAC, Fire protection systems, industrial garage doors, etc.); - Coordinate interventions with various external partners; - Manage subcontractors from purchase requests to work validation and invoicing; - Use the CMMS system; - Handle administrative tasks; - If necessary, assist staff with wall, floor, and ceiling repairs, door installations (locks, handles, hinges, etc.), carpentry work, and minor tasks (plumbing, painting, changing light bulbs and neon lights, etc.); - Perform other related tasks." **Qualifications** - Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role; - Valid Class 5 driver's license; - Strong skills in personnel management; - Good customer service; - Good physical condition; - Resourcefulness and autonomy **Additional Information** What we offer** - ** Annual AIM tuition scholarship program up to $8,500 per eligible dependents**: - Vacation, benefits and a RRSP matching program - The tools and support needed to be successful in your career and professional development - A dynamic & rewarding work environment that is also a lot of fun
