**Part-Time Handyman for Toronto Gym**

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team on a part time basis. This role requires you to work at least 1 day per week, across 3 gym locations in Toronto.

**Duties**
- Drywall repairs, patching, and finishing.
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.
- Carpentry tasks.
- Install and repair flooring (hardwood, laminate, tile, etc.)
- Assemble furniture and equipment according to specifications.
- Address plumbing issues, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.
- Conduct electrical repairs such as changing light fixtures, outlets, and switches.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Orders and picks up various equipment and supplies required to carry out job duties.

**Skills**
- Proficient in drywalling, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while also being a team player.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license for travel between job sites.

**Additional Requirements**
- Must have own tools and car.
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, handyman services, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Flexible schedule, with availability on weekends and evenings preferred.

**What We Can Offer You**:

- $25.00- $34.00 per hour, depending on experience.
