Palgong Tea is a drink and dessert company specializing in bubble tea currently operating in the GTA. We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality beverages and desserts without the high price points often associated with bubble tea in the GTA.

Starting in 2019 with 2 locations, we have since grown to 8 locations across the GTA including 2 locations at the Toronto Zoo. Palgong Tea is now poised to penetrate other Canadian markets and is looking to expand our corporate team to meet the demands of expansion.

We are seeking to hire a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our corporate team at our head office location.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Responsible for overseeing Food & Beverage activities with the guidance of the HQ Managers
- Work with the HQ Managers, to ensure the implementation of the highest food quality standards
- Participate in the food and beverage operations of all franchise locations
- Enforce Standards, Practices and Policies for Food & Beverage Outlets
- Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage etiquette
- Enforce new Food & Beverage concepts
- Communicate management goals and objectives to inspire employees
- Develop fresh and exciting beverages with the guidance of HQ managers

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- University Degree or College Diploma preferred
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role
- Thorough knowledge of Food and Beverage control systems, the ability to work well under pressure, and a positive attitude

**Salary**: $32,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
