- Manage floorplan to ensure even seating throughout restaurant.
- Opening and closing procedures.
- Side duties as assigned by manager (rolling cutlery, polishing glassware, light cleaning).
- Complete daily operational checklists.
- Assisting FOH team where necessary.
- Ensure the host station is clean and organized.
- Receive and process guest orders using POS station.
- Prepare tea, coffee, and desserts for guests and servers.
- Assemble and process all restaurant takeout orders, opening and closing duties.
- Maintain a clean workstation.
- Assist support staff in food running and bussing guest tables.
- Accurately complete daily cash out.
- Complete side duties as assigned by manager (rolling cutlery, polishing glassware, light cleaning).
- Complete daily operational checklists.
- Assisting FOH team where necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 1.5 month

Pay: $17.20 per hour
