Leveraging 40+ years of experience and relationships as an owner and operator of real assets, the Private Equity team works with select successful businesses to fully realize their growth potential through Fengate providing capital, strategic operational guidance, and enhanced business relationships to management teams. **OPPORTUNITY** As part of its continued growth, the Fengate Infrastructure team is seeking an entry level Project Administrator, Infrastructure who will complete administrative tasks to support the team. The Project Coordinator, Infrastructure will report to the Vice President, Asset Management, and work closely with the Project Directors within the Value Creation and Asset Management team. **K**EY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Organize, schedule and take minutes during project board meetings - Support Project Directors with organizing security clearances, project paper work, receiving and sending quotes to clients and other day to day administrative tasks - Manage the contract process through Affinitex including data entry and trouble shooting - Collaborate with corporate for travel arrangements for the Asset Management group - Coordinate with Project Directors to capture safety metrics for investors - Coordinate with Project Directors on environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting - Assist with team materials, taking meeting minutes, tracking action items **Requirements**: **KEY QUALIFICATIONS** - Undergraduate degree in business, engineering or a relevant field of study - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong relationship building skills - Ability to work with mínimal supervision **CORE FENGATE COMPETENCIES** - **_Business Focus and Strategic Thinking_**: You display an understanding of Fengate's as well as the investment project's business and strategy. Fengate offers a Work-Flex policy where employees are allowed to work remotely up to 3 days per week.
