Medcor is currently looking for a Social Worker for an Occupational Health Clinic in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, QC. This is a Full-Time position.

The Social Worker for Medcor Canada will provide excellent services at our clinic location. The position’s responsibilities also include collaborative work with other medical and operational leadership at Medcor Canada, other Medcor Canada associates, and key contacts within the client’s corporate structure.

**Job Duties for the Social Worker**:

- Providing personal care assessments
- Providing individual counselling and therapy
- Evaluating and monitoring individual progression
- Maintaining and updating records
- Making referrals to medical professionals, when appropriate
- Providing awareness about external resources for continuing support

**You Must**
- Have valid registration with OTSTCFQ as a Social Worker
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the last five years
- Have a positive and outgoing personality, and be a collaborative team player
- Be willing to go above and beyond to give excellent customer service

**You Should**
- Be comfortable working in an on-site and fast-paced environment
- Be comfortable and productive working with computers and EMR software
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills - with patients, clients and colleagues

**Medcor Philosophy**

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sainte-Anne-Des-Plaines, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social Work: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Social Worker registration with OTSTCFQ (preferred)
