**Accounts Payable and Corporate Accounting Clerk** Reporting to the Manager of Finance, the Accounts Payables and Corporate Accounting Clerk responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Coordinate and maintain effective and efficient performance of all aspects of Accounts Payable, while adhering to internal controls, corporate cash, and working funds requirements. - Maintain monthly reconciliations of specified General Ledger accounts, including bank reconciliations. - Assist with periodic accounting procedures up to and including monthly and annual preparation and analyses of reports as required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and accounting software (e.g. Great Plains); Previous experience in a non-profit and/or health care organization would be an asset.
