The Billing Analyst is full-time in the office in Scarborough, ON.

The Billing Analyst will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

- Compare actuals to budget and forecasted costs to budget, update monthly and quarterly job reports, review, assist with reconciling purchase orders
- Assist with monthly job forecast updates and input productivity updates as required
- Assist in coding and reconciling payments to JD Edwards
- Accurate invoicing of customers and follow up on client approval
- Preparing of documentation to assist Accounts Receivable/Payable activities
- Other duties as assigned

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Post-secondary education in accounting is preferred.

**WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- 1-3 years' experience in billing related job duties within an accounting team.

**SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- Basic understanding of end-to-end financial processes
- Advanced Excel is essential
- JD Edwards experience an asset
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
