Overview:
**Match Retail** is looking for an independent, high-energy
** Field Sales Support **to join our team and represent our client, Nespresso in the city of Mississauga, Etobicoke, and Brampton. In this fun opportunity you will work at a variety of different locations representing a world-renowned luxury brand within top retail stores Each day will look slightly different, some days you will work as a Coffee Sales Advisor at a variety of different locations and other days you will be supporting the brand merchandising standards or visiting a store as a Mystery Shopper. You will have a variety of different assignments with a guaranteed minimum of 12 hours and no two days could possibly look alike.

**Responsibilities**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Cover shifts as required in the assigned region as a Sales Associate within various retailers
- Provide support to the Field Manager in field working in a sales support role
- Merchandising

**What we offer**:

- Minimum 12 hours per week and must be available Friday to Sunday
- $ 17/h + mileage ($0.38/km after the first 30km)
- ** Must be willing to travel within (Mississauga, Etobicoke, Brampton)**:

- Access to a vehicle is required

Qualifications:
**What we are looking for**:

- At least 6 months experience in retail sales and customer service: experience in a commissioned sales environment an asset
- Possess a clear understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals: formal sales training an asset
- Effective communication skills: ability to accurately represent the brand as well as determine consumer needs
- Able to work independently
- Friendly with professional attitude and with a strong work ethic.
- Must have reliable transportation to the designated retail stores
- Must possess a smartphone with internet access
- Must be comfortable standing for duration of shifts
