OSL (Outsourced Sales Leadership) was established in 2012 in Mississauga, Ontario, to provide clients with customized designed sales solutions in retail, direct sales, merchandising and customer acquisition. With the continued growth of our client
**Bell Canada** and as one of their preferred partners OSL is recruiting for Field Support Coordinator.

**The Position**:
We have an exciting opportunity to hire a

**Mat Leave Replacement - 6-month Contract**

**What you’re responsible for**:

- In support of our client’s need, The Field Support Coordinator will and assist Regional Managers, Field Managers and Sales Agents across multiple Neighborhood Marketing sales teams
- Provide best in class onboarding support for new hires
- Ensure accurate Responsible to deliver team member coaching and motivational conversations as well as performance planning
- Provide support for various travel requirements for the team
- Manage their teams weekly schedule as well as payroll / vacation requests
- Provide employee direction regarding questions related to OSL, payroll, vacation & expenses etc.
- Manage employee offboards, including facilitation of equipment retrieval
- Ensure compliance with local/provincial permits & client requirements (Annual background checks/Code of conduct, etc)
- Collaborate with leadership to determine ongoing strategic action plans that support all key business objectives
- Perform various administrative duties as required

**Role Requirements**:

- French and English considered an asset
- Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Firm understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals
- Proven track record of leading teams who exceed sales targets
- Experience in supporting sales teams
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel through assigned territory (some overnight travel may be required)
- Must hold a valid drivers license
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent is considered an asset
