With the rapid development of the business and with huge growth & expansion opportunity ahead, **Career Abroad** is now looking to hire an experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Handle new case inquires and maintain log of it
- Counsel, discuss and convince the inquiry to take our services
- Under case requirements and situation and offer suitable solutions
- Provide legal consultation on immigration related cases
- Prepare correspondence and legal submission letter as required for client’s case.
- Assist senior immigration consultant, if needed.
- Report to senior immigration consultant about issues raised and other complex files.
- Must be able to independently handle the cases from A to Z
- Provide trainings to team members and ensure most recent immigration rules are understood by all.
- Must be flexible to adjust in different situations, ready to take new tasks assigned and willing to extra mile where needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Must be an CICC licensed member / Paralegal
- At least one-year experience dealing with immigration cases.
- Must possess planning and organizational skills.
- Should know how to handle & patiently manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Marketing / sales experience will be added advantage.
- Must be up to date with immigration Law, Act, Regulations, Policies and Procedures.
- Multi-tasking, attention to details, professionalism, decency, work under pressure are some of the other qualities that must be present
- Independent yet a good team player, willing to share, discuss and teach

**Preference for additional language speaker**

: Hindi / Gujarati / Punjabi / Tamil / Tagalog / Spanish.

**Licence: CICC** / Paralegal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
