**The Role**:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Graphics Associate to join our team. This hands-on role combines creative design, technical production, and marketing support. You’ll turn customer artwork into print-ready graphics, maintain brand consistency, and help promote Jet Ice across digital and print channels.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**

**1. Graphic Design & Production**
**Key Activities/Tasks**:

- Manage graphics requests from concept to completion
- Redraw and update existing logos as required
- Prepare print files
- Build out product visuals (e.g., rock markers, custom layouts) as needed
- Create polished customer proofs and maintain consistent brand quality across all artwork
- Manage and organize multiple artwork files and projects simultaneously

**2. Marketing & Brand Management**
**Key Activities/Tasks**:

- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials
- Create digital content that aligns with Jet Ice’s brand standards
- Create and maintain company Sell Sheets

**3. Digital & Web Management**

**Key Activities/Tasks**:

- Maintain and update the Jet Ice website with up-to-date information
- Manage social media platforms, including posts, collaborations, and message requests
- Other duties as assigned

**4. Advertising & Promotions**

**Key Activities/Tasks**:

- Coordinate and design print association advertisements
- Collaborate with Zamboni for print materials and social posts for events, tradeshows, or general marketing

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Technical Skills & Knowledge**:

- Knowledgeable in Adobe Suite - Illustrator & Photoshop
- Basic understanding of vector artwork and print file preparation
- Knowledge of graphic design principles
- Knowledge of marketing concepts and digital content creation
- Experience with WordPress and website updates

**Other Skills & Attributes**:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with measurements and scaling
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production-adjacent setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
