**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated **full time**Receptionist to join our team at Cornerstone Physiotherapy. We are a fun and lively work place where our staff and patients become friends. A beautiful, clean and modern environment with an excellent reputation in Toronto’s medical community.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and appointment scheduling.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, providing information and answering inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain patient records and appointment schedules
- Provide information about services offered at Cornerstone Physiotherapy to patients and potential clients.
- Coordinate direct billing processes with insurance companies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Accounts payable

We are looking for applicants who have the ability to work **Monday through Friday, ability to cover certain Saturday's is a plus**. Experience in a rehabilitation setting would be ideal but not critical.

**Although Newmarket is the permanent place of employment, successful applicants may be required to travel to some of our other clinics for interviews and training (Richmond Hill, North York, Toronto).**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
