**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- ** Order Processing**: Based on priorities, truck availability and customer requirements, reviews and releases customer orders and ensures they are accurately assigned in the system with appropriate documentation attached and filed appropriately
- ** Warehouse Maintenance**: Maintain Pick Ticket printers and a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company policies and safety procedures and ensuring positive customer service for the next shift
- ** Reporting and Analysis**: Track key performance indicators related to order fulfillment and inform management of any concerns including order progress and backlogs
- ** Other Duties as Assigned**:As a member of the team, there may be other tasks assigned that aren’t listed above

**Recommended Qualifications**:
**Knowledge/Skill/Ability Requirements**:

- Basic math functions
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- In-depth product knowledge
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Problem Solving skills

**Experience & Education**:

- 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- Plumbing knowledge/ experience an asset
- High School or equivalent

**Physical Demands/ Working Conditions**:

- Position requires the ability to follow repetitive processes in a fast-paced environment
