We are a High-Volume Dealership, and we require a customer-focused and results-driven experienced **Lincoln Service Coordinator**to join our dynamic team.

**We are looking for the right individual who**:

- Holds a VALID CLASS 5 DRIVER’S LICENSE is a requirement
- Has automotive sales experience
- Has a positive attitude and eagerness to learn - we will train the right person
- Can provide exceptional customer service
- Can provide recommendations based on vehicle assessments
- Has excellent time management skills
- Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and high-volume environment
- PBS experience is an asset

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist service customers in person and by phone with professionalism and care
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate repair timelines
- Prepare and manage repair orders and customer documentation
- Communicate service recommendations and updates clearly and honestly
- Support the Service Manager, Service Advisors, and Technicians with administrative and coordination tasks
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and attention to detail
- Abide by the Lincoln brand
- Organize and Oversee Lincoln pick-ups & deliveries
- Coordinate Lincoln Loaners for service clients

**Hours**:
7:30am - 5:00pm on weekdays. No Weekends and No Stat Holidays.

Having a Service Advisor experience is an asset but not required - we will train you to be successful in this role YOU will be a part of an established and very well-driven team of our Service Department that is willing to build your career with College Ford Lincoln.
