**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated and talented Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Line Cook at Cohen's Beer Republic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality and consistency are met. From preparing and cooking delicious dishes to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, you will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Cohen's Beer Republic's recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper handling of food products.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance menu offerings and improve kitchen operations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant or similar establishment.
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic culinary environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
