Remote Debate & Public Speaking Coach (Part-Time)

About Us:
SuperV Education is a dynamic after-school program dedicated to empowering students through debate and public speaking. We help school-age students develop critical thinking, confidence, and communication skills to excel in competitions and beyond.

Position: Remote Debate & Public Speaking Coach (Part-Time)

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Teach and mentor students in debate formats such as Public Forum, Lincoln-Douglas, Parliamentary, and others.
- Guide students in speech writing, argument construction, rebuttals, and delivery techniques.
- Prepare students for local, national, and international speech and debate competitions.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve students’ performance and confidence.
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment in a remote setting.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in coaching debate or public speaking, preferably with school-age students.
- Competitive success (e.g., awards in speech/debate tournaments or coaching winning teams).
- Strong communication and mentoring skills with the ability to engage and inspire kids.
- Experience with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Flexible availability for after-school and weekend sessions.

Pay: $40.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 per week
