**Overview**:
Incubate Home Care Ltd. is currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated **Personal Support Worker (PSW)** to join our team in the Leduc area. This role is essential in providing high-quality in-home support and assistance to our clients, particularly seniors and individuals living with dementia or other health challenges. Fluency in both English and Hindi is preferred to better serve our diverse client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a hygienic environment.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals in accordance with clients’ dietary needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and respectful relationship with clients.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Monitor and promptly report any changes in clients’ physical or emotional condition to family members and/or supervisors.
- Engage clients with dementia in meaningful activities to support cognitive function and emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided while strictly upholding client confidentiality.
- Collaborate with family members and the care team to ensure comprehensive and consistent care.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care facilities is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of senior care practices, including dementia support, is an asset.
- Ability to safely and effectively assist with heavy lifting and mobility support.
- Experience with meal preparation and understanding of seniors’ nutritional needs is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to client care are essential.
- Must be able to speak both English and Hindi fluently.
