**Who We Are**:
Leduc LINX Connect Centre provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities. We are currently hiring **a Casual Disability Support Worker** to work across **all programs**, supporting youth and adults. **As a casual employee, you’re welcome to accept shifts that fit your schedule. However, we are currently looking for casual staff who are available for evening (4:30-7:30 PM) and weekend shifts.**

**About the Role**:
As a **Casual Employee**, you will have the opportunity to work in different programs based on shift availability, including:
**Day Program - Job Coach**: Support individuals at their workplaces to build skills and confidence.
**Residential Program - Outreach**: Assist individuals in their homes with life skills like budgeting, meal preparation, and daily living tasks.
**Hourly Respite (Youth & Adults)**: Provide short-term support to give caregivers a well-deserved break.

**Shifts & Flexibility**:
**Monday - Friday**: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM, and 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM
**Weekend shifts available**
The more open your availability, the more shifts we can offer

**Who Should Apply?**
