We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing projects are executed efficiently, meeting the desired quality standards and deadlines. This position involves coordinating various aspects of the production process, from initial planning and scheduling to overseeing the actual manufacturing and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This position requires to work on-site at our Whitby facility.

- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific manufacturing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and production to ensure project requirements are met and to resolve any technical challenges.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and final project evaluation reports to ensure transparency and effective communication among stakeholders.
- Negotiate with suppliers and contractors for resources and materials, ensuring quality standards are met and costs are kept within budget.
- Implement risk management strategies to identify potential project risks, assess their impact, and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruption to project timelines and objectives.
- Facilitate project meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and brainstorm solutions, ensuring active participation from all team members and stakeholders.
- Spearhead the development and integration of new manufacturing technologies or equipment, conducting feasibility studies and overseeing the installation and initial operation phases to ensure they meet project specifications and enhance production capabilities.

**When your expertise drives us.**:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field
- Three (3) to five (5) years of project management engineering, manufacturing, or operations experience
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
