World of Water is a proud Manitoba based company since 1976. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and dynamic **Sales Coordinator** to join our team and play a key role in expanding our sales and supporting daily business operations.

**Position Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator will be primarily focused on helping drive sales growth through lead generation, client outreach, and internal coordination with the sales team. In addition, this individual will work closely with the company owner to assist with operational tasks and business management responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to grow into a leadership role and gain broad exposure to the inner workings of a successful business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support & Growth**
- Support sales initiatives and campaigns to drive revenue
- Help identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads
- Coordinate with delivery, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-ups for existing and prospective clients
- Track sales metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports

**Operational Support**
- Assist the owner in day-to-day business operations, scheduling, and team coordination
- Support franchisee communications and internal project management
- Participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and service
- Help with marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and event planning as needed
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment on goals and priorities

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, coordination, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is an asset
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative
- Passion for customer service and business development
- Willingness to grow with the company and take on increased responsibility over time
