**What You’ll Do**
At Litco Law, we are on a journey to push the boundaries of what our team and our technology can do. Our goal is to provide exceptional client service and help more people every day, and data is a strategic tool in achieving that goal. We need creative, innovative thinkers to help us embrace new and existing technologies that will increase efficiency, provide better business insights enabling faster growth, and provide ever increasing levels of client service. We are looking for a passionate **Data Analyst** who will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
**You will**:
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports as well as dashboards which will be utilized by departments, the company and executives
- Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
- Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements
- Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
- Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports
- Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems
- Training end-users on new reports and dashboards
- Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
**Who You Are**:
- Have proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
- Possess technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (BI tools), databases (SQL), and programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
- Proficiency with T-SQL, Analytic reporting tools such as Tableau and experience with Power BI and SSRS Reports is ideal
- Practical experience in statistical analysis through the use of statistical packages including Excel, SPSS, and SAS
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
- Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
