**The Duties**
- Prepare Trrucks for moving and packing services.
- Responsible for Truck Maintenance schedule
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse and yard.
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate inventory.
- Crate and storage manager, responsible for coordinating moves in and out of storage.
- Maintain truck files and driver e-log files.
- Deliveries
- Damage coordinator, working with customer and repair specialists to ensure damaged items are repaired properly and returned in a timely manner to the customer.
- Work closely with Office Managers, Move Manager and General Manager
**The Requirements**
- Valid Driver’s license
- Hard working and able to follow direction.
- Ability to work alone and on a team.
- Strong decision-making ability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Customer service oriented, organizational, time management skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use tools and conduct minor repairs (handy) considered an asset.
- Knowledge of **TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®** system policies, procedures & industry is an considered an asset.
- Occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds may be necessary.
**The Opportunity - Fleet & Warehouse Manager**
The Fleet & Warehouse Manager’s overall responsibility is to ensure operational efficiencies with our fleet and warehouse, all while delivering the highest level of customer service. This
person will oversee the preparation and maintenance of our fleet, ensuring each truck is properly equipped and kept in proper working order. They will be the warehouse and storage coordinator, maintaining a clean warehouse with proper inventory and coordinating customers in and out of storage. This person will oversee our Driver’s Electronic logs to ensure adherence with local laws. They will also assist with deliveries, conducting spot-checks and working with our damage specialists to ensure any damages are repaired properly and returned in a timely manner.
