**The position**:
As a **Parts Clerk** at Trail Appliances, you will manage parts procurement, inventory, and customer inquiries, ensuring efficient service operations. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and communication with suppliers and internal teams. **What you’ll be doing**:

- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating unresolved issues as needed.
- Identify, source, order, and track parts while ensuring accurate billing and timely delivery.
- Receive, store, manage, and reallocate parts, processing returns as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, work orders, and system updates.
- Support inventory management through counts, audits, and process improvements.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate inventory management.
- Proficiency in data entry, order processing, and basic mathematical calculations.
- Effective communication and collaboration with suppliers, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Problem-solving ability to find alternative parts and resolve discrepancies.
- Adaptability and time management skills to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Availability**:
This is a **full-time** position and will require you to be available:
Monday to Friday, and shifts between 6:30am to 5:00pm

**Compensation**:
$16.50/hr - $17.50/hr
