This opportunity is best suited for a strong 3rd year Plumber, with proven strength understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Duties**
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including HVAC technicians and carpenters, to complete projects efficiently.
- Handle heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- New home plumbing installation - must be able to independently rough-in a house or small commercial space
- Comfort reading and interpreting home development plans
- Clean and valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Appropriate hand tools and
- Ability to work without supervision with a group or independently
