**Role Requirements**
- Lead, train and encourage a team of cooks
- Prepare and cook complete meals to order independently
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment
- Scheduling of Kitchen staff
- Maintain standards for purchasing, ordering, and food storage
- Adhere to cost control guidelines
- Communicate effectively with front of house and management
- Collaborate with F&B Manager to create daily specials
- Assist in hiring new employees
- Assign tasks and follow through on their completion
- Customer service, POS and cash handling
- Opening and closing of operation

**What do you need?**
- Previous short order cooking and leadership experience
- Reliability with flexible work hours, days, evenings, weekends, holidays
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations (Foodsafe Certification)
- Experience with inventory management
- Administrative skills, including scheduling and on-line ordering
- Ability to remain level-headed and calm under pressure
- Organization and a keen attention to detail
- 18 years of age with Pro Serve Certification

**Salary**: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
