**Sales & Patient Services Representative - Multidisciplinary Healthcare Clinic**

**Location**: KWIC Physiotherapy.

**Job Type**: Full-time / Part-time/Casual /Contract 6 months
**Compensation**: Competitive base pay + referral bonuses + commission + performance incentives

**About Us**

We are a growing **multidisciplinary healthcare clinic** offering physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, osteopathy, psychology, and dietitian services. We are looking for a **Sales & Patient Services Representative** to help patients access the full range of care we provide while driving business growth.

**What You’ll Do**
- Welcome patients, answer calls, schedule appointments
- Follow up with patients to keep them on track with care plans
- Promote and cross-refer patients to services such as physiotherapy, massage, acupuncture, osteopathy, psychology, and dietitian care
- Encourage Google reviews and support clinic reputation building
- Track and report referrals, upsells, and review metrics
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic environment

- Tech-savvy (scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, CRM tools)

**How to Apply**

Pay: $40,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
