**Lift Truck Technician Job Description**

**Integralift Sales and Service Inc.** is looking for a reliable lift truck service Technician to join our team. Technician must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the field. Reporting to the Service Manager, the Technician is responsible for providing quality workmanship in the repair of products and providing consistent service and technical knowledge to our customers. We service all makes of lift trucks as well as service small construction equipment such as skid steers and small excavators. We offer competitive wages and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in lift truck repair
- Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers' problems and provide accurate repair recommendations
- Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records
- Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety

Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of lift truck technician experience - Journeyperson Technician
- Experience in servicing and troubleshooting
- Strong diagnostic abilities
- A valid driver’s license
- Must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, have strong communication and computer skills with a strong customer service focus.

Required Licenses or Experience
- 4-5 years’ experience in the field
- Valid Driver’s License
