**Your Responsibilities**
- You will prepare all client facing documentation including invoices, letters, policy documents, certificates of insurance
- Manage the file creation, organization of client documentation, and updating of Client activity logs
- Track and follow up Policy Documents to ensure received in a timely manner
- Administer our client renewal process
- Work closely with our Account Executives to service and manage all day to day activity, including establishing market risks for coverage placement
- Assist with Account Executives with the placement of accounts
- Coordinate account services including review of documentation for routine policy changes, additions, deletions, renewals or cancellations
- Communication with insurers as required to support the brokering function

**Your Skills and Experiences**
Minimum 2 years in a brokerage as an Account Manager/Customer Service Rep; knowledge of most major markets

RIBO License required
University or College Degree/Diploma an asset
CAIB, CIP, CRM or equivalent (or working towards) an asset
Understanding of the Property and Casualty insurance market; strong business acumen

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook ) and familiarity with Acturis and Zoho CRM are a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills: written and verbal
Ability to work independently and in a team
Sound negotiation and sales skills
Effective organizational skills and time management

Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written skills

Salary will be commensurate with experience - Extensive on the job training will be provided. We thank all applicants but only those being considered will be contacted.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
