**Precast Concrete Mould Set Up/Finisher**

We are looking for energetic people who are interested in working for a growing company with a small company atmosphere.
- **No Experience necessary, will train**_

**Responsibilities will include the following**:

- Reading a tape measure
- Completing daily inspections on moulds and products
- Reading blueprints
- Setting up moulds (putting moulds together, placing the rebar)
- Pouring and finishing concrete
- Stripping products using the overhead cranes
- Operating concrete mixer

Hours are 7:00am - 4:30pm (hours may be extended to meet daily production requirements. Some weekend work may be required to meet targets)

**Remuneration Package includes**:

- Starting Wage of **$21.25** per hour
- Benefits after 3 months **paid in full by employer**:

- Work wear after 6 months
- RSP **Employer Contributions **after 6 months
- Monthly Safety Incentive
- Montly Employee Appreciation swag throughout April - October
- Perofrmance Assessments every 6 months
