**Machine Operator/Concrete Finisher**

Design Concrete is searching for energetic people to join its progressive **Drycast Plant,**

**_No Experience necessary, will train_**

**Responsibilities will include the following**:

- reading blueprints
- operating mixers
- setting up moulds with proper rebar and mat
- pouring concrete
- finishing concrete and placing proper patterns on products
- demoulding products using overhead cranes
- repairing products as required
- painting

Performance assessments every 6 months

**Remuneration Package includes**:
+ base wage of **$20.25** per hour

+ incentive rate ranging from $4-5 per hour based on production levels

+ benefits after 3 months **paid in full by employer**

+ Work wear after 6 months

+ RSP **Employer Contributions **after 6 months

+ wage increases after successful training periods at each station (4 stations x.25 = $1)

*+ Earn over $21 per hour within the first year of employment
- If criteria are met for the first 6 consecutive months you have the option to move into Level 2 of the incentive program. $1.50 increase with half incentive. If criteria's are met for the second 6 consecutive months you have the option to move into the final Level 3 of the incentive program for another increase of $1.50 with no incentive.
- Incentive Plan Details will be discussed in the interview.

Extra duties also earn more money.
