**Summer 2025 Work Term**

Term Length: 4 months

Term Start: May 5, 2025

Term End: August 22, 2025
- As of October 15, 2024 Loblaw has adopted the following Hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit)._

**Responsibilities**
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis support for 3-year plan across Loblaw Media/Advance and Total Enterprise Marketing
- Assist with month-end close including drafting journal entries
- Consolidation of Marketing forecast on a periodic basis
- Update period end slides and provide commentary on results
- Analyze weekly and periodic results to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Consolidate large amounts of information into simple and easy to understand reports
- Liaise with other functional areas within the organization to coordinate cross-functional analyses and data accumulation
- Ad hoc projects and variance investigation

**Qualifications**
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and ability to use Macros and visualization tools an asset
- Excellent time management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- A background in computer science is an asset
- Interest in learning more about Loblaw Media/Advance and Total Enterprise Marketing
