**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Monitor inventory levels, supply chain processes, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management review.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of business operations, supply chain management, and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing diverse teams.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.

Pay: $2,500.00-$4,000.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
