**What you’ll do**

As a **Lead Service Technician**, you’ll run residential service calls and handle a mix of plumbing and heating work, including:

- Troubleshooting and repairing **hydronic systems**, boilers, and combi boilers
- Diagnosing **furnaces**, **heat pumps**, and related controls
- Servicing and repairing **tankless water heaters** and standard water heating equipment
- Handling **everyday plumbing service calls** and emergency repairs (leaks, fixtures, shutoffs, water issues, and other common residential problems)
- Communicating clearly with customers so they feel informed, not sold to
- Documenting work properly using company tools (photos, notes, recommendations)

- Solid residential service experience in **plumbing and heating**, especially troubleshooting
- Comfort working on **hydronics and boilers** (combi experience is a big plus)

- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the Red Deer area
