We are looking for amazing individuals with common sense, great customer service, expert people skills with a willingness to learn and improve.

**Duties**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, following food safety guidelines.
- Assist with serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, but not required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience with food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
