**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assemble parts, off load and transfer parts
- Operate high tech machinery and assist machine operators
- Perform & Document in Process Quality inspections/quality checks
- Ensure daily production requirements are met
- Maintain 5S
- Other duties, as required

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is considered asset but is not mandatory
- Stamping/Press & Die Experience an asset
- Visual inspection experience is an asset
- Knowledge and experience with 5S & Kaizen systems preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
- Must be able to take direction comfortably, able to multi-task, managing time efficiently to obtain optimum results
- Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination and standing for extended periods required
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

**After successful completion of competency testing for the Production Team Member (PTM) role, next step is Sr. Production Team Member (PTM) - wage increase to $21.90/hr.**

**After successful completion of competency testing Sr. Production Team Member role, next step is Sr. PTM + Press - **wage increase to $23.79/hr.**

Previous experience in general labour, general labourer, general laborer, general labor, machine operator, visual inspection, quality checks
