This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who’s hardworking, dependable, and eager to grow in the skilled trades — no license required.

**Position Overview**

As a **General Labourer**, you'll play a vital role in supporting our plumbers on job sites. From preparing tools and materials to site clean-up and basic assistance, your work helps ensure every job runs smoothly and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone looking to get hands-on experience in the plumbing and construction field, with opportunities to grow into an apprentice or specialized trade role over time.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist licensed plumbers on residential and commercial job sites
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Perform basic tasks such as digging, cutting, lifting, and cleanup
- Maintain a clean, organized work area on-site and in vehicles
- Follow safety protocols and assist in setting up safe work zones
- Support material runs, inventory, and minor shop duties as needed
- Communicate clearly with the team and follow instructions accurately

**What We’re Looking For**
- Prior construction or general labour experience is an asset but not required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour and outdoor work
- Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
- Valid Ontario driver’s license is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow within the skilled trades
