**General Construction Labour**

We are a General Contracting Company located in the GTA (Keele and Lawrence). We are looking for efficient dependable, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our growing company as general labourers. Starting rate will be $20-$27/hour.

**Key Requirements**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Must have labourer experience in some or all of the following areas: institutional/commercial construction, demolition, carpentry, waterproofing, concrete repairs;
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times
- Valid “G” Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract
- Ability to work at heights and be physically fit to lift a min of 50 pounds
- Perform setup and clean-up tasks at job sites
- Provide labour support as needed for speciality crews
- Must be able to work independently and follow procedures
- Must be self-motivated and a team player

**Skill Requirements**:

- High school diploma preferred
- 3+ years’ construction industry experience preferred
- Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
- Comfort working at heights and in a high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**:Full-time
