**Dilawri Group of Companies** is currently looking to fill a position of a **Parts Advisor.**

**Essential Duties**:

- Assist retail and internal customers with ordering accessories
- Ensure parts are quickly received and expedited to appropriate Parts Advisor
- Label parts with proper parts number prior to binning and place in storage
- Perform customer follow-up on special order parts
- Act as a backup for Parts Advisors
- Maintain parts inventory and availability
- Prepare sales slips or sales invoices.
- Receive and fill telephone orders for parts.
- Mark and store parts in stockroom according to prearranged system.
- Communicate with people from outside the organization.
- Sell parts and accessories
- Provide advice and consultation to customers with regards to parts and accessories.
- Purchase replacement parts as required.
- Greet customers in a courteous manner.
- Maintain workstation and parts department area in a clean and orderly manner.
- Complete assigned tasks on time.
- Other related duties as assigned by management.
- Assist with housekeeping of parts department, stockroom maintenance and replenishment of stock parts
