Do you thrive when leading a modern kitchen and dining room in a professional role where your responsibilities provide a high degree of self-direction in setting your own work priorities? Ideally, you have a strong culinary background and experience supervising a kitchen staff of 30+ and have well-developed leadership, business management and people management skills.

**Your Opportunity**:
This is a full-time salaried position. Final compensation will be based on your experience.

**Your Certificates and Experience**:

- Certified Red Seal Chef
- C.C.C (Certified Chef De Cuisine) an asset but not required
- Current certification in Food Safe, Serving it Right (SIR) and WHMIS required
- First Aid would be considered an asset
- At least 10 years progressively upward experience in managing food and beverage operations in a large scale educational/corporate/chain/commercial setting performing a similar role
