**Job Description**:
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be required to supervise a team of unionized employees, ensuring the logístical coordination and optimum productivity of the shift. This includes (but is not limited to) the supervision of shipping and receiving, stock maintenance and picking, health and safety procedures and ensuring adherence to McKesson’s standard operating procedures. This position is required to work an 8 hour night Sunday to Thursday anywhere between 6:30pm - 3:30am.

**Job Duties**
- Execute Quality Assurance
- Ensure optimum shift productivity through communication and monitoring of KPI targets and results
- Support training and communication of SOPs to relevant employees as required
- Organize staff training and development including equipment operating safety procedures
- Monitor performance and conduct annual performance reviews and/ or performance improvement plans as required
- Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints and grievances
- Support safety policies in accordance with applicable federal safety standards and local legislation
- Support special projects and assignments as assigned
- Maintains communications with other departments regarding any problems related to his/her sector
- Maintains excellent working environment focused on teamwork and open communication

**Position Requirements**
- ** Bachelor’s Degree an asset; Business/ Operations Management, Supply chain management or related field**:

- Clear CPIC (Canadian Police Information Center) check.
- Personal Security Clearance - Consent and Certification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role
- Experience in a distribution center/warehouse/manufacture environment is an asset.

**Our Base Pay Range for this position**

$62,100 - $103,500
