Successful Transportation company based out of Guelph ON, is currently seeking a hard working Dispatcher to join our team. As a dispatcher at our company you will answer calls from customers, drivers and communicate with mobile units to send the appropriate response. Custom experience would be an asset.

If you are a reliable team player who is able to stay calm under pressure, then we are looking for you
- Ensure shipping documents are complete and accurate for inbound/outbound shipments
- Ensure timely submission and follow up of customs documents and verify custom broker information
- Enter all inbound and outbound orders with accuracy
- Pre - contact shipper/consignee to book shipping/delivery appointments and check details / directions
- Communicate clearly with drivers and dispatch
- General telephone reception duties
- General office data entry

**Requirements**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in Fleet manager/PC Miler preferred
- Experience in customs clearance ACE/ACI/PAPS/PARS and transportation an asset, but will train
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong ability to multitask and superior attention to detail
- Team Player
