**YOUR ROLE**
- Performs the complete payroll cycle for all employees under their responsibility;
- Terminations, missing hours, transfers, taxes and more
- Ensure compliance of the payroll processes with the various laws and obligations in force;
- Act as an internal resource for payroll related information and answer employees' questions;
- Preparing payroll related reports;
- Ensure that employees are on direct deposit;
- Mail checks if direct deposit is not possible;
- Carry out any other tasks or special projects at the request of the manager.
**DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?**
- Pursuing a DEC or Bachelor's in administration, accounting, or any other similar field of study;
- Advanced abilities to work with the Microsoft Office suite, more specifically with Excel;
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors software an asset;
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Strong communication skills and impeccable customer service;
- Bilingualism, oral and written (English and French);
- Effective stress management and ability to manage priorities and deadlines;
- Honesty and respect for confidentiality;
- Capacity to process the pay within the prescribed time limits in compliance with the internal rules and laws in force;
- Great collaboration, communication and attention to detail.
