- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience within related field
- Responsible for processing payroll each week and troubleshooting any issues in Kronos.
- Facilitate and track the Employee rewards and recognition programs.
- Assist in coordinating onboarding process for all new hire employees.
- Process employee data changes in internal Human Capital Management System
- Address employee inquiries, including handing off to HR Shared Services team or escalating to HR Business Partner as needed.
- Executive & Site Leadership Team Admin Support
- General office administrative support
- Travel coordination for team members
- On-site event coordination
