**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to execute construction plans accurately.
- Engage in framing work, concrete forming, and pouring as needed.
- Assemble various structures and fixtures according to project specifications.
- Conduct construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of finished projects.
- Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square for structural integrity.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various carpentry tasks, maintaining safety standards at all times.
- Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required on job sites.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety regulations.
- General job site cleaning.

**Skills**
- Strong ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Skilled in assembling structures using various materials and tools.
- Knowledge of construction painting methods and materials.
- Ability to plumb structures correctly for optimal performance.
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in carpentry and construction tasks.
- General maintenance person skills that contribute to overall project success.
- Capability for heavy lifting, ensuring physical readiness for demanding tasks.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal, Apprenticeship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
